I don't think they know if they are coming or going. Every year we have to do their job to phone them and arrange for us to pay the yearly fee. We do not get any statements, they do not even reply unless we go out of our way to contact them. Do not even waste your time send an email. Their service is worse than the municipality.
As a matter of fact, do not even think to join their club, you will wait for the magazine, get rude sms's that your benefits are suspended and you will get no answer from them if you send emails. It is just another bad company that is only after your money and thats it.
The service is non existent.
