I e-mailed a refund query for my Dad (who is a pensioner) medical expenses to Bonitas on 27 September 2013, forwarded additional documentation on 11 October 2013 and made a follow up on 3 November 2013.
The only response is an automated e-mail saying that they will get back to us within 5 working days.
Since 27 September 2013 no additional response at all.
Surgeon requested Cardiologist report, Surgeon even wrote a letter supporting it.
Not the type of service that excites in a good way...
