Once again i was hospitalised, everything was covered by medical aid, except an amount of R 892.40. They say the incorrect ICD 10 code was given. However, i was hospitalised it was an emergency admission, and i was told on Friday morning that all costs will be covered by medical aid for the Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th July 2013 as it was an emergency admission. How can this now be that they are not covering the account. I am tired of phoning discovery to query and complain about such, my company has had enough of me calling the medical aid, and therefore i can only come here to get results. I thought there would be no more issues as my waiting period had passed. looks like its not gonna happen any time soon...
