Bad service & billing issue

During August, I signed up for the Baby & Me program. After confirming that I was on the Baby & me program, I went for 2 appointments to my doctor on the 14 Sep & 9 Oct - both were rejected as it states my savings are exhausted - this was brought to my attention by the billing department at my doctor's office. I phoned the medical aid and the consultant advised me that it was a technical issue and he would escalate the matter to his teamleader for payment as I was entilted to 5 consultions. I phone again on the 18 October 2013 and the consultant confirmed that I could go for my blood work as it would come out of the pathology benefit. I made another call on the 28 October after receiving a statement rejecting payment to my doctor, the consultant advised me that the payment would be processed in the next payment run due to take place the end of the month. Got another statement this morning stating the payment to lancet was rejected as my savings was exhausted, phoned the medical aid this morning to find out that the doctor was yet to be paid and that I have to pay for the lancet blood work. Not happy with the service, Someone call me back.
