I have sent a request to Care corss for a reimbursement. I sent the request to them on 25/10/2013 On Friday the 01/11/2013 I received an email from a consultant to acknowledge receipt and there after requesting further documentation. My problem is I previously sent a request for reimbursement on the 28/08/2013 without any communication or documentation the funds were paid into my account by the 7/09/2013 it took them 9days to sort this matter out.
What makes the matter worse the level of service I received this time around is appalling to say the least. I sent an email in response to Tamsyn-Lee Williams email almost minutes after she requested information from me, I also tried calling her and left 2 messages to return my call it's been 3days and I have not even received an acknowledgement that my mail was received or that the matter is under investigation.
If this was done previously without documentation then surely it can be done now. I have provided Tamsyn with an invoice from the doctor which is proof of payment, as well as the account containing the required details.
