What Is One To Do?

I shall simply timeline this outstanding matter without comment :

12.06.2013 : I send Ms Kriel a detailed email requesting specific information.
No response.
18.06.2013 : I send Ms Kriel a follow up email enquiring as to progress.
18.06.2013 : I receive a copy of a request forwarded to (I assume) the appropriate department. Ms Kriel has not forwarded my explanatory email but INCORRECTLY summarised her interpretation of it and requested another service. The request is dated 18.06.2013 - suggesting that this is the first occasion that the matter has been addressed.
21.06.2013 : Ms Kriel forwards me a response. Naturally it is incorrect because she made the wrong request.
21.06.2013 : I respond to Ms Kriel and request corrected information.
No response and no communication since then.
26.06.2013 : I write to Ms Kriel again advising that I will have to pursue other channels unless I get a response by close of business on 25.06.2013.
No response.
As there is no one to appeal to at Old Mutual I forward this matter to Hello Peter.
