I WOULD LIKE TO STATE MY TOTAL DISAPPROVAL OF THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM RESOLUTION HEALTH. I was referred to a specialist by THEIR network doctor of which the doctor referred me to have tests done. This was in August 2012 but to my surprise in January 2013 I receive a letter of demand from the doctors saying the account is overdue by 120 days. My problem is that I was not made aware of the fact that they are not going to pay for the tests when at the doctors rooms so that I could make a decision to go through with it or not. To make matters worse I was not made aware that they have rejected the claim so that I could make a plan to pay for it soon after the tests were done. So now it is plus minus 4 to 5 months later they say it is a stale account of which they cannot do anything about because it is over 4 months old. Who's fault is it? I have been paying them every month the least I could expect is proper communication between the client and the service provider. I sent them a email over a week ago of which I have not gotten any feedback. This is totally unacceptable!!! The call center is terrible as well.
