I sent one grp an email advising i want to cancel my membership in february 2013 and give them the stipulated 30 days notice. I hear nothing until July 2013. I stopped my debit order at the end of February. They now come back and say that i owe them money for all these months. When liasing with Thando he could not understand what i was querying and just refered me to the complaints department. to me this is unacceptable. i am not prepared to pay for months that i didnt use as well as when notice was given in time.
