Good Fellas failed to pick me up on 2 consecutive nights at two different venues. I consequently cancelled my membership at the end of Oct last year. As per contract I had to give two annoying months notice. (they did offer one free month). My last debit should've been 25 Dec. They called me trying to resolve the issue. It was agreed that my membership would terminate by end Dec 2013. They then would call me back in Jan 2014 to attempt re activation of membership. I did not receive any call from them and behold another debit was made by them by end Jan. I now sent them an email demanding my money back and confirmation that my membership was cancelled. Now they phone me and accuse me that I am lying, as I agreed to not cancel my membership and that I would've phoned them in January. As usual they've "recorded the call"
These guys delivered me poor service, protected nothing more than their own interest by preventing their debit order from being stopped. Currently they are trying to keep me as a member and taking my money against my will. I wanted out by end Oct 2013 but they have close to R1800 out of me from them till now and are now saying I am at fault.
