We are in the process of adopting my niece's little girl and I would like to know why is it that this child cannot be put onto our medical while we busy with this long process? We applied in April 2013 for the adoption had a house visit from the social worker in September 2013 only and just received a letter stating the case has been moved to Wynberg crt as a new case which means more time wasted and this little person isn't medically covered all this time?
