I have spent the morning on the phone with Lancet in Umhlanga trying to pay for an account.
First they did not have my child on the system and did not believe me that my child had gone to them.
I then spoke to the manager who was no help at all. I have phoned them five times today and they are still unable to give me the details so I can make payment. Surely I shouldnt have to beg someone for me to pay them???
