I dont think all my claims were processed right as my chronic claims were subtracted from my savings. Everytime i phone the callcentre i get a different reason why. (From threshold explanations to doctors claim code errors to people not knowing). All i need is someone who can take me through each claim and not send me yet another statement i dont understand! Each time i ask that i get some excuse. I would prefer it if i can speak to someone in my own language too.
