My husband called Fed health the 22nd of October, to find out why they paid ZERO next to 2 codes (008 & 009) on our FEDHEALTH CLAIM REPORT.
The lady checked on the system & told him that they did pay out for those 2 code but put it all under 1 code;2423.
So the paid amount on the FEDHEALTH Claims report under code 2423 is actually a pay out for 3 codes, FEDHEALTH just listed all under 1 code.
My husband explained that we have GAP cover, & they only pay out on amounts FEDHEALTH has paid out on. If there is a ZERO next to those codes they pay ZERO.
He asked the lady to please amend the CLAIMS REPORT to show that the one amount paid was actually for all 3 codes.
She said she can only try to change it at the end of the month.
My husband called her again the 1st of Nov & did not get through.
FEDHEALTH emailed us a new MEMBER CLAIMS REPORT yesterday, HOWEVER, nothing was changed! It is exactly the same as last month.
I called more than an hour ago & asked to speak with a supervisor in the hopes of resolving the matter & was told that the supervisor Christopher was unavailable & would call me back within 1 hour. He DID NOT!
I tried calling again & still no supervisor was available
