Blacklisted for R100

I received a call from a
Priyesh Sathdav today, who was very rude and sarcastic in informing me that I owed R100 to discovery and that I would be handed over and a default placed on my name. I have been with discovery (due to employers) for many years, and was shocked at how quick the act when it comes to ruining peoples credit records. Last year i was owed around R300 by discovery as I was due for a refund from them and they took months before depositing the funds with into my account. My girlfriend, is also with discovery she resigned from her employer and due to her MSA being exhausted. She did not understand why she had to pay, in the midst of her trying to get the matter resolved a default for R1000 was loaded on her name, she subsequently paid the amount and now she cannot get credit for the next 2 years.
this gentleman Priyesh upon me asking if i will be listed for R100, her responded boldly with a yes.
im really disappointed
