I was handed over by Discovery Health for a mysterious amount of approximately R4800, this is the biggest load of nonsense as my contribution of my medical aid was always paid by my employer, after resigning in April 2012 my membership was terminated and I joined a different scheme, now January 2013 I am handed over for a outstanding payment which absolutely no one at Transunion knows the details off???
This is extremely embarrassing to receive a notice that I have been handed over for a amount I have not received any information for and have requested from Trans Union on two occasions...
I demand that this notice be pulled back as this is absolutely!!!
Can someone tell me how this amount was calculated and how am I the consumer responsible for contributions paid directly by my previous employer???
