To my surprise I received an sms from Wilgeheuwel Hospital's accounts department on 3 September 2013 regarding and amount of R162.65 being outstanding on my account.
I have not been to Wilgeheuwel Hospital in more than a year but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt an phoned the number disclosed in the sms to request a statement of account as I am not willing to pay randomly without a statement.
To date I have still not received the statement. Should I give them another year?
