Private patient so all money had to paid up front. 2 months later and I can't get my refund on my over payment. Lifehealth Accounts tell me I need to go back to the hospital to process the refund. After 4 bad experiences, I don't want to be near Wilgeheuwel again. Lifehealth have my credit card and bank details. All they need to do is credit one of the accounts. They demand money in advance but cannot process a simple credit?
