I resigned from Discovery at the end of March and asked for them to remove me from the medical aid and leave the 2 dependants on the medical aid. I followed up to ensure all is in order a few weeks after leaving and was assured all is in order. Some 2 months later, the medical aisd got cancelled. I called again to correct this error and was assured that all has been corrected. Around end of June I again had to call in because the medical policy was never reinstated. During this time I confimred that the billing date should be done on the 26th of every month. It is September now and I have just been billed R7770 for no reason. My account is not in arrears. After escalating and complaining they gave Mr Kavish Vather & Mrs Lorraine Dos Santos to send some apologies. I raised the matter that simple apologies never cut it because costs get incurred chsding people to do their jobs properly and they had a nerver to tell me to go around getting billing statements for my calls made for compensation. I think the insensitiveness and puppet like behavior on their part was uncalled for because they not applying their mind on resolving matters. I'm dissapointed that this problem is still ongoing
