My issue hasnt been resolved with Bonitas until today; the lady called me on the week 23-27 Sept and she promised to call me back the following week until today she hasnt called me. I'm paying levy everytime i need some medication or seeing a doctor whereas i still have money on savings i really dont understand how to they operate; even the call centre operators they dont know what they are doing because i called and asked them how much is left on my savings they gave the balance and i asked them again then how come do i pay levy whereas i still have balance on savings she said i must hold and i kept holding for more than 30 minutes their service is no so good. They havent paid me back the claim that i submitted in June.
