False Cancellation

I just want to say how disappointed I was with groupon. I bought 2 vouchers for a 2 night weekend getaway for my family. I waited for the vouchers for 2 weeks and when they didn't arrive and I wanted to make a booking with the lodge I called Groupon to ask them to send me the vouchers. The lady that I spoke to said the deal was cancelled by the Lodge, i asked why and she said she couldn't tell me as it was between them and their business partners (the Lodge), so she said I would get a refund for payments that were received and I should forward them my proof of payment. I asked her if everyone was going to get refunded or was it just me and she said everyone was going to get refunded including those who have already made bookings with the lodge. I then called the lodge to find out what was going on and to my surprise the lodge didn't know anything about this cancellation that they have supposedly done. I called groupon back and spoke to the same lady and told her what the lodge had said and she still insisted that they had pulled out of the deal so I told her what the people at the lodge said and she said the booking people wouldn't know because it was a decision higher up in Management
