My Cartract contract was cancelled as I bought a new car and the installation from one car to another is almost the same as cancelling the contract (R1700) completely. As this is a rather large amount I asked them if we could do the payment over two months. They deducted R850 the first month plus R1700 making it a triple deduction in one month after an arrangement was made. It took me 2 weeks to get them to refund me the R1700 they deducted in error, meaning that this had a huge knock on effect to my other accounts that had to be paid, that I could only correct after I received the money back. A day after I received my money back they send me 4 sms telling me I am R850 in arrears and that I have to pay it immediately. Now please does anyone know what the is happening in the accounts department? This has been an exhausting exercise and I am not in the mood to go through it again this month so please get your house in order so that this does not happen again. I for one will never have any dealings with Cartrack again.
