In January rushed my husband to bloem mediclinic he broken his leg, saw the specilist and told us he has to op on his leg, 16/01/2013, the op went fine they put in and plate, he was admitted and all was ok when it came to removing the out in march, all went well and i was told by the doctor all things have been admitted to the medical aid, may 28th i get a final demand saying the doctor hasnt been paid for the 1st op but for the second op, when i phoned they said no the doctor wasnt on there system for the 1st op but yet the 2nd op he was on the system, and it my fault because he wasnt on the system, how 1st it my fault, i dont get told or have a list of who or what doctors are on the system nothing!! it was an emergency!! must i ask anyone i want to see are you on the SYSTEM?!? why didnt i get a phone call from the medical aid, why do i first have to get threaten from the doctors to find out, i have paid medical aid for the last 3 year and i dont moan or anything but when i use it for the 1st time i have to suffer and pay up! this is bad service and i am shopping around for new medical aid cause 1st time used and i end up like this!! no thank you
