Hi, I don't know if there is a communication error in the accounts department. You called me and advised me that payment has been received. Last week and thursday the 10/10 I received and email advising me payment has been received and allocated. Friday I received an email advising me that payment is still oustanding. I have even sent through proof of payment. The hospital I'm @ advised me you rejected the claim. This is pathetic service! Going around in circles. Your turn around time to assist clients is pathetic!
