I placed an order online on 3/07/13 order number : 200698229. I made a payment the same day using the details provided by Zando, but was later advised that payment was not received. I called their call centre who advised I forward the proof of payment which I did, but to no avail. yesterday morning I did so again, but this morning I got another automated email advising that they have still not received my payment. As a first time online shopper I find this service to be in poor taste as I am on the brink of loosing my money.
