No response on claim submitted

On the 26 th July I submitted a new insurance claim. I have followed up many times via e-mails or telephone calls. The e-mails are not answered, and when I phone the response is every time he needs to speak to a manager and will come back to me. That never happens.
It has been two months since I submitted the claim, and still no answer!
This is pathetic customer service!
