Booked uShaka tickets through Groupon.
Within an hour of purchase realized that the small print did not allow me to use the tickets on the day I needed them. Checked with uShaka first. Then phoned Groupon and was promised a reversal on my credit card straight away. Over 5 weeks later, 16 phone calls and numerous e-mails. Still no refund. Supervisor Kelly Ann Paulus had the most to do with the issue. I phoned today to see if there was any progress. No history was found at all. Wanted me to start whole process again. Kelly Ann does not answer her phone and has not replied to e-mails
