We bought 2 shopping trolleys (for delivery). We paid the invoice immediately upon receipt. I was in contact with 3 different people up until the invoice was paid by us. This is now more than 2 weeks, non of the 3 responded to any of my e-mails (24 e-mails has been sent to al 3 of them). There lines are offline and Odette's phone goes to voice-mail. I'm concerned seeing that the good has not yet been delivered and no one seems to want to answer my e-mails. This raises red flags.
Hopefully someone would respond to this.
