Ampath have falsely accused me of non payment of account by having handed me over to ITC for an account that I paid on the 4th December 2012.
After several emails, telephone calls, including proof of payments, and requests for correction of AMpath internal reconciliation processes I am now being harrassed by ITC for money that I have paid to Ampath covering my account.
Ampath are now interfering with my credit rating - this is a serious issue.
This billing probelm is now six (6) months, and counting, with no resoltion in sight, as all one recieves is automated responses.
Telephone numbers for senior personel -those that could and should be taking responsibility for fixing these issues are not even active or do not exist.
