As this seems like the only way you get resolution, i am using the service to complain about the service and organisation.
As I am typing this I have now spent 30mins (and expect to stay another) on a call from the UK to Discovery to understand why an amount is being taken off my account. See below this is the billing instruction on my account

I have now just been disconnected After (37 mins on an international call) afternoon loosing my cool after talking to the 4th person who cannot tell me why this amount is being billed from my account.
