Unable to do online booking

Hi
I have been trying to make an on line booking with Tsogo Sun hotels at 2 different luxury hotels in Durban and have been receiving the same error message since yesterday.
I can not imagine that all these hotels (Sun Coast & Beverly Hills) are fully booked for this coming weekend.
This is not the first time we are experiencing this problem while trying to book accomodation
