On holiday in Durban, Umglanga, my boyfriend and I decided to go to Hooters for a drink and watch the rugby game. when we entered there was no one to offer any assistance or take us to a table. Eventually the waitress/host told us that there were no tables available, no "sorry please can you wait for abit" or time period for waiting. we asked if we could sit at the bar while we wait but in a rude manner she said that there were no chairs available either. Upon waiting for 5 minutes, we then asked her again and she bluntly said no one is leaving right now so there is no space. A couple who walked in behind us got the same story. I think the service is absolutely pathetic and the Host/waitresses at Hooters should be more accommodating to customers. We found a restaurant nearby that was much more friendly!
