Bad bad bad service

I requested authorization for a procedure for my 13 year old daughter on the 14th January 2013 - today is the 28th and still the scheme has no real answers for me. The scheme tells me clinical info is outstanding and the MSO tell me she has been treated for this before with the same medication which i apparently specified on the application form - NOT TRUE!!! The only time she has been treated for this is January this year. She went to the GP who gave her meds and it didnt help. I took her to the emergency room which prescribed meds for her and said if she doesnt improve we need to see a specialist which we did. I have had a few calls from people at MSO asking various questions and requesting the GP's information that treated her which I gave them, I have asked the Dr's rooms if anyone has been in contact with them and they say NO! Can someone who is competent please tell me what is going on. I get promises of call backs and nothing happens. I am dealing with a child who is in extreme pain and this useless scheme cannot get anything right.. I really do not know who else to speak to as it seems I am getting different info every time I call the scheme or MSO.
