My Mom turned 74 on Tuesday. She is a Winner's Circle member. Earlier this year (July) she drove all the way to Emperor's herself to get her new card and sat with the lady herself to update all her details. It seems they don't have her correct cell number on the system? The day of the 8 October came and went WITHOUT an sms from Emperor's to wish her Happy Birthday, or any gaming credits or a meal voucher for her via POST. This is not just an everyday age and I had a very disappointed Mom on her birthday. Please can you make right and get this sorted.
