Bad Customer Service and Unhelpful Management

We were at Emperors Palace on Christmas Day and noticed the posters up for the Rahat Fateh Ali Concert offering package deals for Winner Circle Members. We had gone to the Winner Circle desk, information Desk and box office and was very disappointed that staff were unhelpful and totally clueless. I then sent a mail on 06/01/14 to the guest contact site and all I received was a ref No, I then call on the 7/01/14 and was transferred to reservations and then housekeeping and then front desk to Metcourt and finally to a Duty Manager called Tony who tried to assist even though he was quite clueless as well. I got given the excuse that its festive and that your'll are busy. He called back that evening only to give me prices of the computicket website. After explaining to him aging that I am inquiring on the Packages advertised, I was told that he will inquire and get back to me, I am still awaiting his feedback. I then mailed and spoke to Themba Majola from Winner circle and was again given no relevant information, once again i was to that he will get back to me. I called box office 11/01/14 only to be that the packages are sold out 2 days ago.
