My family and I had a very bad experience at Emperor's Palace Santa's Playground. We pre-booked tickets for my son and his friends to spend my son's birthday at Santa's Playground. We arrived on 9 Jan to find the park closed. After many phonecalls, I was contacted my Mike van Wyk, park CEO. He promised to reimburse me for the tickets purchased online and an addition reimbursement for money I spent on alternate arrangements for my son's birthday. Up to now I have not received any positive feedback from Mike van Wyk and team. Very dissapointed.
