I was charged R100 for the window shutter which was accidentally damaged, after paying R7000.00 to stay. The manner in which the hotel manager bullied me into paying is a disgrace and not proper business practice to loose a paying guest for R100.00. Also there media center never worked the entire stay and was not fixed.
