PRESIDENT STATUS BENEFITS ATTITUDE!

Very disappointed with this resort as my husband had booked a 3 night stay here and we were very suprised at checkout when we had to pay for breakfast over the weekend period as according to our knowledge as a PRESIDENT frequent guest member a partner (spouse) stays and eats for free during weekends. Nthabiseng & Peter were very rude and abrupt and didn't even want to listen. We were very late and didn't have time to argue as we were part of the sponsors for the EV Challenge at Riverside Mall so we just paid. No discount was even offered on the bill as a President frequent guest member am I not entitled to a 20% off?? Ntabiseng was so rude she was even inspecting all the bills shouting that since it was organized by work we are entitled to nothing. Where in your rules does it specify this? We spend over a quarter of a year in hotels, we are no strangers to service or hotel living! Basically
1. No welcoming letter in the room as a PRESIDENT STATUS frequent guest member
2. No welcoming gift i.e. chocolates in the room as a PRESIDENT STATUS frequent guest member
3. No newspaper for the entire stay
4. No discount on the food and beverage bill
I'm booking at Emnotweni next time.
