I called bankmed to enquire about funds for my sons dental treatment and guess what - they could not assist me as I am not the main member... haha... though lets not forget I am also on the plan and also the only mother of the child... do you think I will the savings???
secondly, I keep trying to log on as the call centre thinks im a but there too, we don't have a pin, and we don't receive it even though the system says it will send it: S
please send us a member brochure re dental treatment, our pin, and please going forward, think about the mothers on the plan that need information too..
