My lenses was damaged by Spec Savers N1 City. They replaced it and assured me that they replaced it with the same prescription and contents in it. I feel that it is not because my left lens has got small cracks in it and my right lens has got a dimple smudge effect when I tilt it. I have emailed a lady called Olwethu but she has not responded to my email. I would like my lenses replaced and fixed from the place where I originally had my lenses made as well as bought my spectacles.
