I joined Bonitas on the 01/07/2013 and to date have been waiting for membership cards. I spoke to a team leader and this was promised to be delivered to my wife and kids in KZN over 1.5 months ago, still nothing delivered, not even a call to find out if i received them??? / where is the client service here??
And then, i meet Kitesh Singh, 1 friendly conversation regarding my cards, and in less than 20 minutes cards delivered to my desk. NOW THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, KITESH IS A TRUE CUSTODIAN OF THE COMPANIES VALUES, HE ALWAYS HAS A FRIENDLY SMILE ON HIS FACE, EVER WILLING TO ASSIST NATURE AND DELIVERS ON HIS PROMIS. KITESH YOU ARE A TRUE STAR, IF BONITAS DONT HAVE MORE STAFF LIKE YOU, I THINK THEY NEED TO RECRUIT MORE, OR YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF, FROM BOTTOM ALL THE WAY UP.
