I have recently joined Bonitas and I have noticed how bad their service is. I have two dependents and I am the principal member. Instead of getting three membership cards, I got one. I have called the call call center thrice to request additional cards and a window sticker for my car. Up to so far, only promises have been made and nothing positive is forthcoming of this very simple request. I did not experience such a horrible service from GEMS. I advise Bonitas to go for refresher training in customer service at GEMS. Coming from a world class medical aid to the worst of the worst.
