I would like to express my gratitude on behalf of my entire family. Thanks to Kitesh Singh for answering a ringing phone my brother can now start recovering. My brother was diagnosed with sleep apnea and has been living with the condition for the last 5 years without knowing. As a result he was at a life threatening stage. Having 3 to 4 blackouts a day, his life was miserable, even going to work was out of the question. We lived in fear not knowing if he will make the next day. Signs of organ failure were evident as well. After several desperate calls to Bonita's I was told that it was process and we had to basically wait for procedure to follow its course before payment. WE HAD NO TIME TO SPARE. It was a miracle that Kitesh answered my last desperate call on a Friday afternoon. His concern was sincere and amazingly he put all effort to ensure that payment was made that very afternoon so that we could obtain the CPAP machine the very next day. My family will forever be grateful to Kitesh for going that extra mile even though it was completely out of his job description. Bonita employees could learn a lot from him about doing more than just your job to save a life.
