So many issues and lack of customer service

1) an email was CCed to Sipho Mathe to provide feedback on a certain issue - it's been nearly 3 months and zero feedback - why?

2) My DAD's profile reflects NEUTRAL and mine ENGAGED. He wants to know where did all of his points go as he was nearly in ADVANCED?

3) We tried to do the Discovery Quarterly Quiz but some error on the website occurred `try again in 2 days' - is that normal?
