We arrived in JHB, Sunday 29/09/13 at about 20H00 with no place to stay, we had tried every B&B around the Kempton Park area and they where all fully booked. We had stayed at Emperors Palace/Peermont Mecourt Hotel before, so decided to try get accommodation there. I approached Bongani who was on night duty and enquired about 2 rooms, which he had but as we had just walked in the price was a little steep for us to pay at that moment. I think he must of seen the desperation and tiredness in my face as we had just driven from Durban to Welkom to JHB and we were exhausted. He went and spoke to his manager and 5 minutes later he came back and had managed to secure us the rooms at a special price. THANK YOU BONGANI... there are very few and far between people like you who are willing to go that extra mile and help someone in need, we really appreaciated everything you did for us.
