It is sad that I have to write on hello Peter again for the same query that is still an ongoing process. I had to pay the service provider from my own pocket and I would like a refund because it is not fair ofor the service provider to wait for the account to be paid. Till now no X-ray report has been sent as I was explained and is been over a week and I have not heard any other progress. This is going on since February 2013, it is now October 2013 and I find it ore than ridiculous to deal with at this stage. I am awaiting some sort of service or response as well as my refund.
