I am utterly appauled at how rude your receptionists are at The Berg Medicross in Florida Glen. I am a regular patient of medicross only becuase of the fantastic Dr that is Dr Ryno Engels, but I seriously doubt I will be returning due to the terrible service and plain rude attitude of your front line staff (the two ladies who check you in). They don't smile, don't look up at you and are plain unpleasant. I suggest you send them for training or hire someone else. The last thing a person wants when they are feeling crummy is someone who is blatantly rude to make them feel even worse! i would rather pay extra and go to lifecare just down the road from me.
