On the 08th August 2013, i felt sick and went to linksfield hospital i was attended to by a doctor and i was treated with a drip after a couple of hours i was realised as i was feeling much better, at the time of my admittance at the hospital i did not have my medical aid card with, and i paid cash, which i struggled to be reimbursed by Med scheme after a long struggle i was eventually paid back, and the hospital claim was not pain and relevant document where send to med scheme whom to date has failed to pay the hospital, i called several times given lot of reference number 1.260913q9lzf8, 130813q79tld, and now i'm told that they will not be covering the expenses of which I'm failing to understand, and nobody from med scheme is communicating anything to me, i always have to phone and will not get a straight answer.
