HOSPITAL BILL OUTSTANDING FOR 4 MONTHS

We struggled for almost 2 months to get my son registered from his birth month. After getting that right, we finally received an authorisation number for his hospital stay as he had to stay in hospital longer than usual as he was prem.

The hospital has just emailed me that they have followed up twice (with Sandiswa) after sending the claim through with the authorisation code, but according to Sandiswa the paper claim has not been raised on their system
It is two weeks after the auth code have been given and nothing have been done. I am getting a very bad name at the hospital because of Topmed and getting very fed up with it.

I need to get this sorted so that Mediclinic can be paid.
