Wild Replacement Membership Card

On 8th Aug I applied for a duplicate membership[ card from SAN Park's Wild Card division. I paid the required amount and forwarded proof of payment as requested.
On 9th Sept I enquired on the status of my request and payment and was requested to forward proof of payment again. (To a different person, who promised to assist)
To date, I have not received the card in question, nor had any feedback from SAN Park's personnel. Poor service delivery!
