I require a replacement membership card because my previous card was lost. Over the past year I have made repeated requests for a replacement card, which was not forthcoming. The requests were made on 31/01/12, 30/04/12, 13/08/12, 27/09/12 and 26/12/12. My inquiry on 15/01/13 was ignored. The membership card is not only for convenience, but also important in case of an emergency. It is therefore unacceptable that I have not yet received a replacement card, and that my repeated requests have been ignored.
